PIKAS NEKRETNINE (REAL ESTATE) d.o.o., as part of the PIKAS Group, was founded in 2017 with goal to respond to the requirements of the market and our clients in the form of complete services, which, in addition to consulting, restructuring and finding financing sources, also includes sale or lease of non-operating assets space, industrial buildings, land, etc… real estate.
We are signatories to the Code of Ethics for Real Estate Brokers and Authorized Real Estate Agency.
PIKAS NEKRETNINE is entered in the register of Real Estate Brokers of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, under registration number 155/2017.
We are insured with Wiener Insurance (Vienna Insurance Group).
The agency is located in Zagreb, Radnička cesta 34, and operates throughout Croatia.
