The current owner-investor, SPV (Jelsa New Resort d.o.o.), is looking for a financial partner-investor for the realization of the project or to sell the project/land.
Hvar Island, a gem of the Split archipelago, boasts a rich history dating back to before Christ and monumental architectural achievements built during Venetian rule, along with stunning beaches, making it a top destination. Jelsa, a tourist pearl of Hvar Island, has great potential for growth and expansion, with several projects already in progress. The untouched nature of Mina Bay, adjacent to the town of Jelsa, is an ideal location for building a mini resort with numerous amenities and a unique view. The bay and plot, oriented north-south with an ideal slope towards the sea, allow for optimal use of the land and good transport connections.
The idea is to create an interesting space for accommodation and business activity (rental, restaurant, gym, etc.) in the tourist zone (designation T2) on an area larger than the current 7,300 m² through modern construction of villas and apartment buildings, along with a central building. This would generate profit for the investor and provide a high-quality experience for residents and co-owners. The operating model of the future resort would be similar to existing projects like Meneghetti, San Canzian, Falkensteiner, and others.
The financial partnership includes:
– Purchasing additional land
– Building and selling and/or building-selling-management (resort development)
– Selling the project in its completed phase
Project sale includes:
– Sale of the project (land) in its current phase
– Collaboration on project development
